  • Temple²– Custom Wedding Cover Booking Policy

    (For Aisle Walk, First Dance, Gifts and Ceremony Tracks)

    1. Booking & Payment

    To secure a booking, payment is required upfront.

    Due to the personalised nature of the recording, all orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

    Slots are limited to ensure quality and timely delivery.

    2. Delivery Timeline

    Standard delivery is 5–7 days from when we receive all required details:

    • Song title

    • Moment (aisle/first dance/ceremony/etc.)

    • Reference tempo/vibe

    • Any timing notes (if applicable)

    • Streaming permission preference

    Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional fee.

    3. What’s Included

    Each custom cover includes:

    • Acoustic guitar + vocals (solo or duo depending on package)

    • Clean studio mix & master

    • WAV + MP3 files

    • One minor revision (see Revision Policy below)

    4. Revision Policy

    One minor revision is included — this covers small, simple tweaks such as:

     

    • volume adjustments

    • slight timing changes

    • softening or brightening the mix

    • removing/muting harmonies

    • minor vocal edits (breath/noise removal)

     

    Revisions do NOT include:

    • re-recording full vocals

    • re-recording full guitar parts

    • changing key

    • major changes in tempo or arrangement

    • adding new harmonies or new instrumentation

    • altering the structure after recording

    Additional revisions or re-record requests can be added for an extra fee.

    5. Use & Licensing

    Your custom wedding cover is provided for personal use only, including:

    • your wedding day

    • slideshows

    • home videos

    • private sharing with friends & family

    Public use (TikTok, YouTube, professional wedding videos, commercial content, etc.) may require additional licensing from the original copyright holders.

    We can help guide you if needed.

    6. Private vs Public Release (Spotify/Apple Music)

    By default, all custom covers remain private and will not be released publicly.

    You may choose one of the following at booking:

    • Private Only: Your version stays private forever.

    • Option to Release: We may release a non-personalised version of the cover after the wedding only with your written approval.

    • Yes, Release It: You’re happy for us to release a general version on streaming platforms after the wedding.

     

    We will never release personalised versions or altered-lyric versions publicly.

    7. Timing Edits for Aisle/First Dance

    If your package includes a timing edit, we will match the track to your walk, choreography, or planned moment to the best of our ability.

    Extra timing passes or choreography-based edits may incur additional fees.

    8. Creative Style

    TempleSquared covers are acoustic, intimate, and “live-feeling” by design.

    By booking, you acknowledge that:

    • our interpretation may differ slightly from the original

    • we do not recreate full-band arrangements

    • covers are stylistically TempleSquared, not carbon copies of the original artist

    This preserves quality, consistency, and artistic integrity.

    9. Communication

    All communication regarding your order should be via email.

    Quick responses help ensure smooth delivery.

    10. Cancellations

    Due to how quickly we begin work, cancellations are only available before recording has started.

    After recording begins, the order becomes non-refundable.
